  1. How soon will my order be shipped?  Orders are shipped within 3-5 days of processing. There may be instances where shipping may take longer. For example, the product is out of stock, unforeseen shipping delays with carriers, etc. In these circumstances, you will be notified of the delay.
  2. What if the product I receive is damaged?  You may return any product that is damaged within 30 days of receipt. You will not be charged shipping cost to return the damaged item or to receive the replacement. The product must be in its original packaging and unused, with tags attached. 
  3. What if the product is not what I expected? You may return any product that is not what you expected within 30 days of receipt. For example, if the item is not as described, the size is incorrect, the color is not what you ordered, etc. You will not be charged shipping costs to return the item or to receive a replacement. The product must be in its original packaging and unused, with tags attached.
  4. What if I just don't want the item? You may return any product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item. You may be charged a restocking fee. You may be responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If you decide to exchange the item, the item must be of equal or higher price to receive a refund. In this instance, you will not be charged shipping fees (unless the item's shipping cost is significantly higher than the original shipping cost previously paid).
  5. Do you ship internationally? We only ship within the United States. This may change in the future. 
  6. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept credit/debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Discover.
